Very lightly apartment with Valencian Azulejos and Italian design mix. we offer a lightly and wide private room with wardrobe, sharing living room, kitchen with all facilities and bathroom. We are at your disposal to give you the best tips about where and how spend your stay. Definitely we want to fall in love of the city as us!

We live in a typical Valencian neighbourhood next to Ruzafa, the gay neighbourhood, and a few minutes walking to The city of the Arts and Sciences and the Oceanographic, the breathtaking Calatrava complex , the marvellous Turia Gardens and in just 500 metres to the new Central Park.
We have the comforts and services as bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, gym and swimming pool.
In front of our building there is the bus stop for the city center and we are 10 minutes to the main Railway Stations.
House Rules:
- Respect our neighbours, don't make noise after 23h and in the hall
- no-smoking apartment (eventually you could smoke at the window)
- no pets
- guest are not allowed to bring people from outside into the apartment
- we could provide breakfast as extra-cost
- we could offer transfers from/to the airport

If you come by train is 10 minutes both from Sorolla or North Station. If you come by airport is 15 minutes by taxi or take the metro and arrive to Xativa station.
We can also offer transfers from /to the airport.


Up to city center is about 3 stops by bus or train. The nearest public transport (the bus 7).

Attractions: city the arts of the sciences, old town, Ruzafa (gay area)
