Light-flooded roof terrace apartment in the west of Munich. Newly renovated with real wood parquet, new kitchen and bathroom with tub and shower. No pets.
Only a 3-minute walk to the Untermenzing S-Bahn station, which takes you to the main train station in Munich city center in 13 minutes. If you come by car, there are always enough free parking spaces in front of the house. Here you can also leave your car day and night and take the S-Bahn to the city.
I am single and live alone in the apartment. The guest room is furnished with a 140x200 bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. We use the living room, kitchen and bathroom together. To be on the safe side, I need a copy of your ID card and a credit card.
