I rent out my entire flat in town an it is ideal for gays and lesbians.
New brand boutique studio in nolo, the trendy area of Milan.
two double bed (French style), modern designed furnitures and new appliances.
The flat is located in the 3rd floor of a typical Milanese style of condominium.
It is easily reachable by underground as it is only 5 minutes walking from the green line, udine stop.

Nearby are famous bars like: Company, Flexo, Depot
Saunas: Royal Hamman, Binario


Check-in from 13:00 and self-check-in is available
Check-out time until: 10:00 am - late check out could be possibile, depending on the next booking. Extra cost could apply.

House Rules:


1.- Smoking is not allowed in the flat. But you can smoke in the balcony if you'd like.

2.- Kindly double check that all electronics, gadgets, lights and air conditioners are turned off any time you leave the apartment.



3.- Please, use the towels to dry only, not as carpets or to take them balcony. Do not use them to clean or remove make-up. In case of damage/marks, it will be directly discounted from the warranty deposit (25 euros)

4.- The use of the property in a careless, unruly manner or by having more people than the number allowed will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement, meaning the warranty deposit will not be refunded.

5.-Cleaning of the kitchen and utensils are guest's responsibility, which must clean the kitchen and utensils after using them. You can request additional cleaning for the kitchen and it is paid separated and directly to the cleaning services (15 eur/hour).

6.- Building has Quiet Time Policy: quiet time is from 10:00 pm To 06:00 am - Mind the condominium applies penalties in case of parties breaking the quiet time policy.

7.- Pets are not allowed in the flat.

8.- Please, close the windows at any time you leave the flat/during the night.

9. Check-out is at 10:00 – Late check out is possible upon request and may have additional cost when it is available.


10. Loosing the keys of the flat has an additional cost of 150 euros as it means to change the complete security system of the door lockers.
Electricity in Italy is 220v. Remember not to plug 110v electronics or gadgets directly to the electricity without a transformer.


tourist tax

Milan, like many other cities in Italy and throughout the world, has
established a Tourist Tax for tourists and visitors.

The amount ranges from €. 2,00 to €. 5,00 per night, according to the
type, class and number of stars of the establishment.

The establishment must issue a separate receipt, or indicate the amount
paid for the Tourist Tax within the invoice.

The staff are bound to provide all necessary information on exemptions
from payment of the tax.

In 2015 the 50% reduction of the tax for visitors staying during August
will not be applied.

Revenues from the Tourist Tax will finance actions for the preservation of
the city’s artistic heritage and for the improvement of services for all
tourists.
